When Diana Palmer of Yan Photography asked me to second shoot for her I was delighted and jumped at the chance. My husband was a saint (since I had been gone the weekend before at another wedding) and knew how much fun this would be and happily said yes.
Not only is Diana pure genius, she is absolutely kind, down-to-earth, sweet, stylish :) and just plain fun to be with. We had a blast as the twelve hours flew by. It was a beautiful day at the secret place in Nampa. I don't know if it is a secret but it sure is beautiful.
From the getting ready...
to her vintage grandmothers broach that she wore in her hair Jillian left no detail undone
Their first look was priceless. He cried big tears at her beauty and their love was so evident it was touching.
I loved the cottonwoods and the floating cotton in the sky - it reminded me of my childhood and felt peaceful.
As day turned to night their first dance got the party started and they danced the night away in a beautiful ending to a perfect day. I love being a second shooter - thanks a million Diana!
