i discovered a little friend that loves snow as much as i do. over the christmas holiday we went to utah and we met my brother and his family at alta for a day of skiing. it brought back awesome memories of learning to ski as a little girl with my family and dad saying it wasn't "that cold" and that hill is "not that steep". thanks dad for keeping me going so i can teach my kids what an awesome place, i remember my fair share of tears! skiing at alta is one of my favorite things and it just gets better when this darling little girl loves it too. she was a little timid the first time down but by her second run she was warmed up and by the third time down she was going faster than i wanted to go. she would look at me and say, "bye mom!" there is nothing better in the world than skiing behind your daughter and doing figure eights! she is awesome. you can make me take off my mommy goggles and say she is not that cute either but i beg to differ!
i love all the snow we have been getting here in boise. of course my little snow girl was out helping....

Wow she is so beautiful. Such a great picture. I still crack up thinking of her telling me about doing the pizza and trying the french fries until she almost fell off the edge. What a cutie! I'm so glad she loves it. She is your mini-me.
