gala dinner

hubby is gone and what else is there to do at night but stay up and work on photography. it is not really work when it is so entertaining and lets me wind down from my day. i'm trying so hard to get caught up. if you are waiting on me - this might just be the week!

sorry but i just might have to post a few or a lot of the festival of trees gala dinner. my sister didn't know when she came to town i was going to make her babysit so i could go to a black tie event! ha! talk about the roles being reversed for a minute. let me just revel in that feeling.....ok it was fun! i did wish i was wearing something more fancy than my black dress when everyone was decked out! I had a ton of fun, and jane i'm sure you pull that off way better than i did so i'll leave the high life to you!

ready for the season...here we go!

Gorgeous. Wish you could have stayed for the dinner!! Believe me I would take your kids anytime over a black tie event. :) I'm so glad it worked out that you could go. You are amazing.

Wow...if I had $400 (which I don't) I might be tempted to sit and eat just so I could be in a place decorated so beautifully. I can't imagine how long it took to set all that up...nice pics J.
