sorry but i just might have to post a few or a lot of the festival of trees gala dinner. my sister didn't know when she came to town i was going to make her babysit so i could go to a black tie event! ha! talk about the roles being reversed for a minute. let me just revel in that feeling.....ok it was fun! i did wish i was wearing something more fancy than my black dress when everyone was decked out! I had a ton of fun, and jane i'm sure you pull that off way better than i did so i'll leave the high life to you!
ready for the season...here we go!

here is where you would have sat if you paid $400 a plate - i didn't sit!!

your place setting - everything was gorgeous!

you could bid on a tree if you had several thousand! so fun to look!

it was the 25th anniversary so everything was in black and silver with these lovely blueish lights.

and in case that wasn't enough you were serenaded by the lovely miss tina! it was so fun to see a familiar face as i walked in i saw my daughters music teacher - she is so talented and filled the whole room with harp music - it was amazing!

for all the bsu fans!

and that is where my job ends - as soon as the people come! i was grateful to be a small part of such a beautiful night.

Gorgeous. Wish you could have stayed for the dinner!! Believe me I would take your kids anytime over a black tie event. :) I'm so glad it worked out that you could go. You are amazing.
Those decorations are incredible. Your photos are absolutely breath taking. You take such wonderful photos. I'm sure you looked wonderful no matter what you say :) Happy Holidays!!
Wow...if I had $400 (which I don't) I might be tempted to sit and eat just so I could be in a place decorated so beautifully. I can't imagine how long it took to set all that up...nice pics J.
What amazing pictures! You truly have a gift. I'm sure there was nothing more dazzling than you.
Love you.... Dad
