sad its over

We just had the most amazing weekend. We stayed at home and made no plans and did whatever we felt like. It was just what we needed and well.... perfect.

We started the weekend with our favorite version of camping - in the backyard on the trampoline with my husband in his bed and the baby in her crib. Perfect! We woke up to the sun rising and a hot air balloon floating right over our back yard, way up in the sky, it was so beautiful and peaceful. We got the kids all set to come on a bike ride so Matt and I could run together. Another perfect! Then we went up to the river for a picnic and topped off the night with dinner to pizzalchik and then the balloon glow at Ann Morrison Park. The only thing I was bummed about was that I didn't have a media pass like the guy from the Idaho Statesman in front of me that got to go under the ropes to take pictures. But here are a few from the night.

SO fun!! the kids look like they're loving life. your pictures are always so amazing. you can just tell you know how to work your camera to the max. they're clear, perfectly exposed, so professional looking. they have a "jasmine star" quality to them. awesome!

These are awesome photos, Julie!! I love hot air balloons - or "fire Baloons" as Easton calls them!
