Yan Mentorship {Boise Children's Photographer}

I know you have seen a few of this little guy but I wanted to post more. And . . . I found one of Diana in action from my mentorship with her....

Let me back up, I met Diana from Yan Photography (I linked you to the session she did with me and my kids because they are my favorite but everything on her site is AAmazing!) She was sweet and humble and of course I looked her up because we had chatted. As soon as I saw what she does I wanted her to take my family portraits. We had a terrible time trying to get together with my schedule and then her moving to Utah. When she said she had a session right before Thanksgiving I was so excited and took it. My husband was beyond super busy at work and could not make it and I was so glad we went ahead.

Having pictures of me with each one of my children is an absolute treasure. I can't say enough about how much those pictures turn me to puddles. At one point my 4 year old was snuggling me and turned to Diana and said, "I love to cuddle" She will never be four again, even though I wish we could just bottle that sweetness and keep her that way. Anyway, I'm grateful to have those memories.

When Diana announced she was offering a one on one mentorship I was all over that and jumped at the chance. It was more like hanging out with a long lost friend and we had a great full day talking about everything photography. I learned so much and she made me feel like a rockstar! Here are some from the session...
