Perks of Motherhood
I crawled back into bed this morning after my run and a shower and curled up with a great book "The Poisonwood Bible" I said goodbye to my hubbie and thought I have it GOOD as he heads off to work. I definitely think those moments are hard earned and well deserved right? Thanks to the awesome guy that works so hard, I guess I will relax for you this week! I came into my room later and found this on my nightstand. I thought that is the true perk of being a mother. My darling 5 year old tries so hard to spell and I love what she comes up with. In case you need a translation it says "To Julie Watts Freeman" in her very best language. Inside was an awesome paper doll I had showed her how to make a few weeks ago. So dang awesome to be a mom!

Sophie - that is too cute! Even though we may not talk very often, I feel like I have a small window into your life! I love looking at your blog and all of your gorgeous photos - you are awesome!! Yes, it is awesome to be a Mom and just as special to be a grandma. Abi is darling.
