our darling son told us he is just not a water person (it makes him a little nervous) and we informed him that he is probably out of luck and better learn to love water because his parents both do.
last week micron hired me to take pictures for the venture day (I do have an "in" there :) it was a great day to be on the river, when they were putting in all 20 kayaks i thought i would rather be floating the river than taking pictures. but as soon as i got snapping i was in heaven! watching people "go right" in the rapid called "go left" was one of the highlights. you could just see the trouble coming! what an awesome day, matt was paid to kayak and i was paid to take pictures of him kayaking! could it get any better than that!
i always tease my sister that her life is ridiculously amazing fun life but i thought even for a moment i had it good.

Pretty cool jules! Those turned out amazing. I hope they paid ya a big bucks! I used your pictures as a reason I need to buy a nice camera. I think it worked. :)
