It was one of those that I will always remember because it was simple. As you may have noticed I have been a little absent on this blog lately. I do have another post in the works for finishing up clients for the year but paused for a minute to have a simple snow day.
December has been crazy around here with lots of unexpected things like sinus surgery and jury duty. Happy to have those over with! Throw in putting our house on the market and you will understand why today was much needed. We didn't have anywhere to go, anything that NEEDED to be done and so we had a million kids over and played in the snow. I don't think anything makes me happier than having my kids home, snow, taking pictures of the two and lots of goodies to top it all off. that's my day.
I absolutely adored this first picture because she is singing, driving and her eyes are closed and her friend is more than happy. I loved the feel even though my depth of field is a little off, it's just that I loved it so there you go.
Now I have this happy friend that they placed just outside my back door so I can see him everyday while I do dishes and remember our fun day. Snow just makes everything better.
