I met this family at ballet when our little girls danced together. We are now in different classes but I have loved staying in contact and teaching this awesomely talented momma photography classes. She has a great eye and so spending an afternoon even in the rain was awesome. They humored me as I took them to a million little spots that I have had my eye on for some time. Through clothing changes and dodging the rain we pulled off some great images.
This one tugged at my mothers heart strings because I know how long they have waited for another baby to join their family. I'm so excited for them!
I think it is the sweet peaceful days of having one child and wanting more that I witnessed through my lens that made me teary. Or it was probably just some rain in my eye (wink wink)
