Keep Calm and Carry on... {Boise Family Photographer}

Keep calm and carry on... that is what I'm doing today. At least I'm trying to keep calm as I'm running 500 different directions. I have changed 3 blow out diapers today and my outfit twice from spit up and that was all in about 15 minutes. I'm trying..... and that is all that matters.

Lest we wallow in self pity any longer lets move on to something a little more beautiful than poopy diapers. Here are some of the other 500 directions I have been running in....but I'm sure I don't run faster than this lovely family of 9 - yes that is right 9!!!! Their Mom is amazing and pulled me through a 1/2 marathon awhile back to help my get my best time ever. She was sick and didn't feel good and so she was taking it easy. :) I let her do all the talking while we ran!! It was fun and I love running into this little family. Their daughter was the first out their back door and she says to me "I won't smile" I love that kid - maybe because we go way back or maybe I just love a challenge but inside I was saying "bring it on." By the end of the session we had this....

I had in mind that I wanted to turn this....

into this...

with a little help from my son throwing berries into the pond, timed just right.

I watch in awe when a Mom and Dad can care for and love that many kiddos - you guys amaze me!

I went from that awesome family to another amazing family of 4 that pulled up with their Harley and we had a blast. I love it when they let me have free reign with my "artistic vision" This family had so much personality and they had to tell me to stop taking pictures. I just loved capturing the feeling of their family and their relationship.

And this one just about summed up all that I wanted to capture and I hope they will treasure it as much as I do.

Jules that last one made me tear up for some reason. I don't know that family, but I think that captures how close they are. I love your artistic vision. Wish i had an ounce of what you have! are you caught up??
